There is only one flat fee that you have to pay at the time of registration, other charges that you have to pay are for cert verify service, copy of completion certificate or rush services.

9) Is there any due date to finish the course or you can take as much time as you want?
You have to complete your course on due date, it is advisable to take the course 2 or 3 days prior to due date, and if by any chance you find it difficult to complete it in the given time span , contact your court and request for the extension of time before it is over.
10) Can I take your course on due date of certification also?
Yes you can take your course on the due date of certification, but it is advisable to get extension from the courthouse.
11) How to get an extension?
Contact your court by phone you can get 30 day extension over the phone.
12) Is their any particular time span to complete the course?
There is no set time limit to complete the course; people are free to follow their time table according to their time feasibility. Average time required in completing all the chapters, quizzes and final exams are as follows

15) When I will get my certificate?
If you complete your course before 9:00 A.M, your completion certificate will be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed on next working day. It will take about one or two week in the court, once their systems are updated you will get the certificate.
16) Do I have to inform my court about my completion or you will inform my court about it?
One of the unique services offered by coast2coast traffic school is its verification service. Just pay $10.00, and we will make sure that your court received your certificate of completion you have to do nothing regarding it.
17) Do you offer rush delivery of certificate?
You can have your certificate on the very next day after completing your course all you have to do is to finish your course before 9:00 A.M, for next day delivery you have to pay $25.00, for the second day service you have to pay $15.00, just inform us, either at the time of payment or inform us through call and get your certificate as soon as possible.
18) I have a tight schedule; can I complete my course in number of sittings?
Take your time, set your own schedule, you can log in and log out as many number of times as you want.
19) By one reason or another if I failed to complete a module, do I have to follow the complete program from the block one?
After every quiz, data are automatically saved so you get interrupted in the middle of the module, you can start from the same point, no need to repeat previous quizzes.
20) Is your course easy or not?
Our modules are designed in a short and well organized form; you will never find it difficult. It is so easy that you are expected to pass your quiz with 100% score.
Take your quizzes seriously; your final exam is based on theses quizzes. The final paper will have 25 to 50 multiple choice/ true or false questions. To clear the exam you have to score about 80% exam in your final exam, you can take as many re exam as you needed to pass out the exam.
21) What if I got stuck in a problem in a mid way of program?

22) How could I find that my court will allow me to do your traffic school online?
As soon as you proceed on the site, you will get to know whether the course is authorized by your court or not.
23) I already have a ticket can I take another traffic ticket?
Different state and courts have different rules better call your court to know the exact rule and regulation regarding traffic ticket.
24) I have paid my court money do I need to pay for traffic school as well?
Traffic school have their own fee systems, it is totally different from court money you paid for your traffic school.

26) If some how I fail to clear my exam, will you refund my course fee?
First of all we are sure you will make it, and if you failed to make out before your due date, you will get your money back.
